Merry xmas!

Christmas this year was totally awesome cause I got a phone! It was in my stockings, ringing, and I answered,"Hello?" And it was my grandma who called and we talked about the phone. After that, me and my cousins have been texting up a storm lol. It was funny cause my cousins got new phones too, and we would be like oh my gosh when we found out other ways to do stuff.

Another party!

I had a slumber party, and it was kinda...weird. Well I shouldn't say that, cuz my parents were ALOT of help, and I invited my friends so we could do Xmasy stuff, but:

Junette couldn't spend the night (but she came for a couple of hours)
Desiree got in trouble so she couldn't come
And Sara was the only one there.

But me and sara had a great time, we played never ending rounds of Life, ate food, played the wii, and just hang out.
So this "one on two (minus one)" thing was a success!

I want a berry garden...

My mom has been planning and buying stuff for a garden, and she made composter with this tub that she got from Walmart. Now I want a garden, cause that sounds really cool. As you see right there ----------------------------------------->
It's the diagram I made out of blocks. The:
Red ones are raspberries
Blue ones are blueberrires (duh :-))
Purple ones are blackberries
The blue thing on top of the yellow is a watering can...
And the green thing is a bucket I guess :P

Slumber party!

Today (and yesterday) I went to my friend's house and it was SOOOO much fun :-D. It felt kinda of good being away from my friends at school, and around my soccer buds :).

My friend passed away...

Today at school, the prinipal (my old teacher) Mrs. Moore, walked in the classroom, and announced that my friend Madison Peru, passed away. After class, me and my friend Junette were all talking about all the stuff that didn't do yet, like drive a car, or even go to middle school. We were all sad, even the people in 6th grade that didn't know her were sad. (:-(

Soccer :-S

Why oh why did the fun in soccer have to stop? Yesterday was me and the sharks last game, and we won. It was like the best day ever, until today. That's when I played my first club game, but there was some difficulty for me:
-It was FREEZING
-The field was HUGE
-I played on a team with all BOYS
-This one dude elbowed me in the lip, and it was a little swollen.
-And when I racing to the ball against this person from the other team, i got there, but right when my foot touched it, i fell and slipped onto my butt :-(.

Good news!

Yesterday, my mom and dad took me and my little sisters to L.A to see the live show of (our household favorite kids tv show) Yo Gabba Gabba. (Sara seems to make fun of me about this but whatever.) It was so much fun, cause all the songs and effects, and just going there made it all awesome. Then after, that evening, it was all a blur cause we were driving back, and I kept on waking up and going to sleep, so I can't really tell what went on there lol.

Too depressed...

Lately, i've been feeling weird. When i'm at school, near lunch time, I don't really feel like talking, being around my friends, and feeling tired. I get easily depressed, like this:

Me: Can I have a snack?
Mom and Dad: No.
(I walk into room and lay down on bed.)

My sisters don't really help either.

Sisters: Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah....
Me: Leave me alone.

Ugh.

Yesterday, me and Sara we're all sitting in class, hen the intercom came on and the lady said,
"Here are the winners for the Little Caesars Pizza Fundraiser,"
I kept on working.
"4th grade, Chloe Emory (this girl on my soccer team)"
"5th grade (some person)"
"6th grade, was a tie breaker between...IYANA HAGGINS AND SARA BRANDT."

Me and Sara start freaking out, and our class starts clapping for us.
And guess what we got...

Happy Halloween!

Twin day!

Every year at school, we have a "Red Ribbon Week" to show that we shouldn't use drugs and stuff. And each day, there is a activity you can do such as:

Monday: Wear Red
Tuesday: Hunt for some red ribbons!
Wednesday: Twin day
Thursday: Crazy Hair Day
Friday: Wear your Halloween costumes

Since tommorow is Wednesday, today me and my bff Desiree, went to a store called Angie's Outlet, and since we're gonna be twins, we bought matching t-shirts!
(Her's says team D and I standing for Iyana and Desiree)
(On the back, we both have the number 1, but her's says Herrera rather then Haggins)

We also bought these pretty headbands for a dollar each!

A math what?!?

:-( I had a feeling I was dumb. Today, my mom went to my parent teacher conference, and she said it was all good.. until they got to math. I suck so much at math, the my mom and dad have found me a math tutor. Now this may be a hunch, but I have a feeling that no one in the G.A.T.E class, ever had a tutor. Cause if they're smart why do they need a tutor? But I guess the good thing is, is that my tutor is my mom's friend, so that helps all little...

This week on Friday, my cousins are coming out once again, because my couisin is turning 15, and my aunt Tracy wants to celebrate. Then, well, let me list it out:

Saturday
-THE LAST game against the boys
-Going somewhere to eat
-And then while everyone goes and trick or treats, this will be my 5th year of passing out candy to young and old people lol.

So I got to go plan some stuff out like candy lists, and decorating the driveway at my grandpa's house so it looks all nice and ready for Saturday! Happy Halloween! Boo. ha ha ha

My friend desiree told me that, and at first I was like what the heck, but then she cleared it up so now I get it!

Cause 5 + 5 (Is 10) - 5 (that's five) x 5 (that's 25) divided by 5 (is five!)

Good news... and bad news

Hmm let's start with the bad news...

1. We lost.
2. My dad was coaching (and he said he wasn't gonna yell. ya right.)
3. I busted my lip

Now we can recover with some good news...

1. I scored a goal (dollar for me!)
2. That was't the last time we play them!

I guess on Halloween or something is the very last time we play them. So yeah.

TOMMORROW, AT 9 O'CLOCK A.M, IS THE LAST GAME THE CAL CITY U12 GIRLS GO AGAINST THE CAL CITY U12 BOYS. THE BOYS MESSED US UP ONCE, AND THEN WE HAD A COMEBACK. Occasionally ever evening, I read a chapter book for school for 20 minutes. But this time when I read it, It keep on switching from blurry to clear, and it made my eyes hurt. My mom suggested I should bring my glasses home, so sometime this week I might!

Halloween

It's almost that time of year again, when I see a bunch of kids trick-or-treating- while i'm passing out candy with my grandpa. I can't really celebrate halloween for a couple of reasons, but this year I have some ideas to get some kids to come to our house:

1. In chalk on the drive way, I write "Happy Halloween!" And draw some ghosts and stuff.
2. Get some good candy for once instead of tootsie rolls.
3. Make the driveway a fall theme.
4. Get some little plastic dollar pumpkins from Walmart.
5. Get my self a cat ears hat.

I still have plenty of time to work on this, but I like to start planning early :-).

I did, but not quite

I made the french toast today, and it turned out kinda good. It wasn't as soggy as last time, but you couldn't taste the cinnamon lol. So next week I might try that again :-).

Attempting the dreaded french toast

Tomorrow at my grandpa's house, I'm going to try to make french toast (again). The last time I made it, I literally dunked the bread in the eggs, and it turned out all soggy in the end. So this time, I'm gonna get a basting brush or something and lightly wipe the egg on the bread. Let's hope it turns out better!

It's about time!

We finally played a soccer game against girls, and we won! (Sunny I don't care which way it goes)
The score was 2-6. It took me 100 tries to kick it in the goal, but I managed to make one! Rosamond girls are tall, skinny, and fast, but we still crushed them :-). And after the game my dad (who's back) gave me 2 dollars! I know that's not alot, but in my world it is! He said every goal I made, I get a dollar! Although the enjoyment of playing against girls will come to a end next week cause we have to play against the boys. Go Cal City U12 Girls! (a.k.a Sharks!)

Hooray!

MY dad comes home tommorow! It's about time! lol. After 10 days, while he was sniper training, me and my family were very bored. But now it's gonna be all happy again when he comes home!

Oh and also tommorow is Boxy's birthday! Let me explain:
-Boxy is a tissue box that sits upon our desk in class
-Almost everyone knows her
-She's fun to have, but she has lonely issue's so she watches Oprah :-)

Also is the premiere of the Wizards of Wavery Place season 3! Although i'm more of a computer person, rather then a tv and movie watcher. So um yeah, that's my friday!

In class today my teacher was about to announce star of the day and my friend Sara said it was going to be me, but I didn't think so. But then when the teacher said I was star of the day Sara is like "I knew it!" Now until I don't know when, she's going to keep on saying she's psychic and stuff. I guess we'll have to wait and see!

Shania is OK

I called Shania last Saturday, and she said her ankle was just badly bruised. She didn't come to school with any crutches or anything, only a ankle wrap. Still, boys will do ANYTHING to beat a all girls team :-).

OMG!

You know how me and my sisters lost our first games? Well this week, we all won our games!
I can't believe me and the girls beat the u12 boys! The score was 4-3. It was soooo awesome when I flicked the ball in the air and scored a goal! My friend, Taylor, rocked the forewords today cause she got the other 3 goals! Peace out for now ppls!

Disaster drill done!

Today was sooooooo much fun! Me and my class mates on the 6th grade sides got to experience what would happen if you had a injury during a intruder alert. So me and friends after getting instructions from the office, we went to a empty class room and had to act out our injuries until the police and firemen got there. At the office, one of the police people handed out a slip of paper to tell us what our injury was, and mine was "broken left ankle". At first I was thinking, "why is it left ankle, why not the right?" Oh well. So then after lying on the ground for 20 minutes, firemen came in and inspected how hurt we were. It depends the state of the injury of how you'll be graded such as green card, yellow, red, or black. Black is the worst injury yet cause if you get a black card... you're dead lol. Her injury was a bunch of deep cuts on her legs. Ouch. I had to be carried out of the room by a 2 firemen to the cafeteria where they called the "treatment area". Other then that, IT WAS AWESOME!!!!

Finished!

After 2 weeks of 323 pages, from reading book 11 from my favorite series is finally done!
(Now I need to find #12) :-)

Okay.

On Friday evening, at 4:30, I went to my grandpa's house to spend the weekend there with my cousins from San Bernadino.
Then Sunday afternoon at 2:30, I left and came back home, for 2 hours to get another bag for my bff's Judy's slumber party!
Then on Monday, at 4:30 once again, I came home, and went to sleep at 5 p.m (I was felling very low on energy) and went to sleep the whole night until I had to wake up at 6, to go to school!

Jerking is the new dance at my school!

The "Circle of my life" project is finished!!!

At school, my teacher gave me and my class an assigment, on a project called "Circle of my life." It's suppose to get each other to know one another. And I'm done! :-D
Past: Some baby pics, and my birth date.
Present: My fave sports, my blog, and the motto of the school I go to.
Future: The grand opening of my chinese resturant, a diploma for culinary arts school, and a two-story house owned by me and my bffs.

School!

In my G.A.T.E class, I have a lot of friends from soccer practice, or from somewhere else. First there is Shania, she's on my soccer team and she kicks some major butt at goalie :-). Then there is Marissa, she's new at soccer though. Then last is Twinkie. Well his name really ISN'T Twinkie, it's Chandler. He plays soccer, but he's not on my team, but I practiced with him evey now and then. But you can't forget my awesome friends Sara, Eric, Desiree, Alexandria, and Sage! Well I got to go now, I'm getting a bit tired so see ya guys later!!!

Tommorow's the day!

Tommorow is the day I officially become a 6th grader! When school starts, it's gonna be awesome, cause I can see my bffs, my new teacher, and see the new cafeteria and library! Omg i'm so happy! And I can wear my new outfit:

Along with a ring and purple earrings.

Although the shoes i'm not so sure about, cause I have two pairs, but one pair isn't close to matching my outfits colors, and the other pair only works if I have jeans on. Oh well :-)

Americas Best Dance Crew week 2

It's official! My fave crew on ABDC is We Are Heros! They maybe girls, but they can sure dance! If you saw tonights episode, when they did the Beyonce challenge, it was amazing! It looked hard because they got a hard song, and they had to wear high heels. BUT THAT DIDN'T STOP THEM! :-D Hope you guys are watching it! Go We Are Heros!
