Relaxation


Ever had a really stressful day? I can give you a few tips from wild to mild.


Spas-Massage, facials, and more that can keep you mellow for a while.


Meditating- Grab a quiet place, a pillow and a couple of minutes to "hum" yourself to distress.


Music- Smooth jazz always helps me! Its just instruments playing a sweet tone to help lure the mind.


Naps- Cat naps, 2 hours naps, whatever! Just sleep.


Or just find something that soothes the mind and makes you fell compfortable!
