Meat a.k.a Brisket

I enjoy chicken, ribs, turkey, ham, and hamburgers, but since yesterday at the Memorial Day barbecue at my house, my only one and favorite meat was brisket. Brisket is a tough, but juicy kind of meat depending on how you prepare it. It took 5 hours to cook the brisket at the party, but it was worth waiting!
